We'll meet 2 times a month for our live group call and once a month for a VIP call for 12 months. We'll implement and innovate the things you've learned throughout the course. Holistic Life and Love Coaching is designed to bring your purpose and promise forward.
Retreat and breakthrough sessions, sharing life goals, business hacks, and love and career tools.
Put the techniques you learn into practice during our group coaching sessions. This is a safe place where everyone is working on their own self-love journey.
Before each group session, you’ll receive journaling prompts. This will help your thoughts flow. Then when you come to class, you’ll be ready to share what came up for you. Most students find it powerful to learn that others are having similar struggles and hear the creative ways they are showing up for themselves amongst the chaos of life and times of pivoting.
Group sessions are up to 2 hours and retreats can go up to 4 to 6 hours depending on who on the call needs additional support or a breakthrough.

Your Client's Vision Board
Ask your client for a digital copy of their vision board with their name on it. Take this vision board to God in secret and in your private time, ask for what they (your clients) wants, desires, and needs.
If you feel your client is stuck mentally, emotionally, energetically, or physically, share that with God.
For 2-10 minutes visualize our client participating in the upgraded version of themselves. Visualize their interaction and in receiving their transformation.
I've heard countless times that us as coaches are not responsible for our client's success. I believe we do to an extent and that means doing all we can when they are showing up and doing all they can.
We are responsible for the energetic care and work through our given power and ability to energetically clear the path, pray away the drama, asking for tools and methods that can help our clients breakfree and further into abundance.

Building Success
I went from energetically chasing clients, love, and affection to attracting what is already meant for me.
I thought that attracting love and clients were two separate things. Really, it's two different things with similar, if not, the same method.
Not to mention motherhood, wanting to be home when my kids were finished with school, caring for their emotional well-being, and trying to finish school or a coaching program that I purchased for myself.
YOUR MAGNETIC ATTRACTION
It all took attraction. It all took an approach. Not a cookie-cutter approach. It can't look the same for all of us. That's why it's important to cultivate a lifestyle and life experience that only you know is right for you.
Be it sales or marketing, or raising each child slightly differently because you're catering to their very different personalities.
It's been an incredible ride and although I wish I could have done some things differently, I know that I did the best that I could with what I had to work with.
When I think about the mind and mindset and emotional style that I was working with during that time, my outcome was as good as it was going to get.
I even struggled with some addictions and dependencies to help me cope with the pressures of building a business, emotionally holding a household together that was tearing at the seams, working through my self-esteem, and trying to ensure that my kids felt loved, which still felt like it wasn't enough or I wasn't doing it right.
I struggled with so many different mindsets about what is right and wrong and who was right and wrong and at the end of the day, none of that means anything from where I'm standing today.
It's about what is healthy and whole and what makes us feel healthy and whole.
Going All The Way In
I remember writing all of the things that I needed to clear from my life.
I needed to clear the energy in my home and needed it to reflect what was healthy and whole to me.
It's hard to do that when you feel desperate and alone. Covering it up with makeup and filters, and outdoor selfies just wasn't fooling anyone. Well, it was. It just wasn't fooling me.
