I started Elsie's Advice in 2004 and took a 2-year break to run a high-end luxury clothing brand in 2012. 

In 2014, I began using my master's in Psych degree and Holistic Life Coaching Certification to quickly transform a client's life experience. 

In 2021, I completed my PhD in Health Psychology. This is where I completed my dissertation on Self-Relating Modification. 

We call it self-love, but scientifically, when SRM is applied in a therapy slash coaching experience, one can see the results of RAPID Resolution.
